The package for guests who came for the bears, the fjords and the glaciers. A Kenai Fjords marine tour out of Seward past tidewater glaciers and humpbacks, a float-plane bear tour across Cook Inlet, a scenic float down the Upper Kenai, an Exit Glacier hike, kayaking at Grewingk Glacier in Kachemak Bay, and a hike to Russian River Falls. A day or two of dedicated fishing can be added if part of the group wants it.
The Upper Kenai float is sold in three lengths off the same put-in at Cooper Landing: 7 miles and 2 hours to Sportsman's Landing, 12 miles and 3 hours to Jim's Landing, or 20 miles and 6 hours through the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge and across the top of Skilak Lake. Moose, brown and black bear, lynx, beaver, otters, bald eagles and harlequin ducks all live on that stretch.
The Kenai Fjords cruise is a 7.5-hour narrated departure from Seward visiting Holgate and Aialik Glaciers, with reserved seating in a heated cabin and a deli lunch, run by a partner operator on a shared boat.
Fishing is optional on the float and on the bear fly-in and needs an Alaska sport fishing licence, bought by the guest.

Days two through six sit on the same ladder. Meals are included if you stay at the Kenai Riverside Resort and not if you stay at the Cabins or the Suites, which have kitchens. Every price above is the Kenai Riverside Suites four-person column, the cheapest of eight lodging columns; the all-inclusive Resort tier runs about 9% higher.
