Who we share information with

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie and Tracking Notice describe the categories of company we work with. This page names them. We keep the names here so that changing a provider does not mean reissuing those documents, and we update this page when our providers change.
This page forms part of our Privacy Policy and our Cookie and Tracking Notice. Every company below acts on our instructions and may use information only to provide their service to us.

3.Other recipients
Beyond the companies above:
3.1The outfitter you contact. When you send an inquiry, it goes to that outfitter. From then on they hold your details independently and handle them under their own practices. This is the only routine disclosure of an inquiry, and it goes to nobody else.
3.2Professional advisers, where we need legal or accounting advice.
3.3Authorities and courts, where the law requires it, or to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.
3.4A successor, if WildHQ is reorganized, changes legal entity, merges, or sells all or part of its business, in which case information may transfer as part of that, still subject to our Privacy Policy.
3.5We do not sell personal information for money.
